1. High impact strength
PLASTRON® exhibits high impact strength, even when subjected to impact, due to the long fibers in the molded product being entangled together. In addition, the impact strength increases as the fiber content increases.

2. High rigidity
For many resin substrates, glass fibers can be filled with 60wt% and carbon fibers can be filled with 40wt%, allowing for higher stiffness designs not possible with previous fiber-reinforced resins.

3. Long-term characteristics
It also has a huge advantage in terms of long-term life such as creep resistance.

4. Wide operating temperature range
This product has high rigidity in high-temperature environments, and unlike general reinforced resins, its impact strength does not decrease in low-temperature regions, making it possible to optimize product design over a wide range of temperature regions.

5. Dimensional accuracy
Due to the reinforcing effect of long fibers, the warping and deformation of molded products are smaller than those of short-fiber reinforced resins.

In addition, since the linear expansion is also small, it has advantages over short fiber reinforced resins in terms of dimensional changes, warping, and deformation when embedded in or bonded to metal parts, etc., allowing for more optimal design.
